Shipping & Return



We are proud to offer worldwide shipping services. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectation anywhere in the world. 


Do you ship worldwide? 


Yes. We provide worldwide shipping and refer to the following list of countries where we could ship to:


1. USA


  • A, B, C–Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic

  • D, E, F–Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France

  • G, H, I, J–Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Jersey

  • L, M, N–Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands

  • P, S–Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Svalbard and Jan Mayen, Sweden

  • U, V–Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City




  • All other countries and territories not mentioned above, excluding Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria, as we doesn't ship to these destinations.


The above lists of countries may change periodically.


What about customs? 


We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country. 


Can deliver the orders to a PO Box?


Only use a physical address instead of a PO Box address.

How long does shipping take? 


Shipping time varies by location. On average, are our estimate is 5-20 business days.

*This doesn’t include our 2-5 business day processing time.


My tracking says “no information available at the moment”. 


For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us. 


Will my items be sent in one package? 


For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation 


All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled. 




Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. 


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page


We do not issue the refund if: 


  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping, incomplete address, unclaimed delivery etc)

  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Aurum Consulting Pte Ltd (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Aurum Consulting Pte Ltd


If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed within 14 days. 




If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.


Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so. 


Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;

2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,


Therefore, Aurum Consulting Pte Ltd reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
